Thanks for the Thanks
When we were growing up “Thank You” notes were considered a must, and poor etiquette if they weren’t out in a timely manner. This was a strong message to me as a young woman and a rule that I hope my children would continue with there’s. The message is not just “Thanks so much”, it’s that you are a person who is considerate of others, which to me is THE most important value to impress upon your family. That being said I would like to compliment a few folks who had enough class to write us and make an everlasting impression. By the way Bill Gilkes from the West Central Chapter, North Florida, PGA, ALWAYS fires off a very heartfelt note to my staff and I, when we give coverage to the cause he’s working with and Bill is forever working on a cause to help some one.
