LAKE COUNTY, FL, Following on the heels of an exciting groundbreaking event at Sugarloaf Mountain that included a architect-guided dusty boots tour of the community Coore & Crenshaw championship golf course, LandMar Group has released a selection of homesites in the development ’s first phase, several of which border the golf course or offer panoramic views.
“The groundbreaking event gave us a wonderful platform to introduce Sugarloaf Mountain and the vision for the state ’s only golf course designed by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw,” said LandMar Regional Manager Jim Cullis. “Sugarloaf Mountain will be a special community with an unmatched setting and lifestyle and buyers are taking note of that. ”
The company’s vision is inspired by three primary building blocks: Creating unparalleled master planned communities and condominiums, offering premier club and amenity management with its affiliated company Hampton Golf, and supporting the efforts of its charitable organization, The Monique Burr Foundation for Children.
