Cart Girl – February 2007

Micaela Johnson

Where are you from? Where did you grow up?
I was born in Dallas, TX but grew up in Omaha, NE

Proudest moments in life thus far?
During the spring of my Senior Year, I auditioned for the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. At eighteen-years-old I moved down to Texas to wear those white boots, joining an organization that would change my life! During my two years as a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader, I was blessed with the fortune of many wonderful experiences.

Who is your inspiration?
My mom is my hero. She is a constant reminder to me to never give up and always follow my dreams.

What makes this club special?
There is no golf course like The Golden Bear Club. The members help to provide a positive atmosphere and the employees are always willing to go the extra mile to make someone ’s golf experience exciting!

The perfect man...
Is someone who is honest and does the little things “just because”. He’s the guy that makes me cry, laugh, and smile at the same time. He is my other half and the only one that makes me feel whole!

My fondest childhood memories are...
lemonade stands, dancing in the dark, holding my dads hand, and kissing my mama’s face goodnight!

My favorite song of all time…
“How could I ask for More” by Cindy Morgan! It’s the story of my life!

I’m happiest when:
I am eating chocolate, thin crust pizza and watching a movie with my family!!!

The best advice I could give:
Never look back, go for your dreams and have fun but stay true to who you are and who you want to be.

My ideal vacation...
A tropical island with my own private bungalow, chef, Pilates instructor and a massage therapist. Also indulging in all kinds of desserts never gaining a single pound!!!

Favorite quote:
“Go confidently in the Direction of your dreams. Live the life you’ve always imagined!”.
